100-Day Milestone Session – Adhirai
Oh, this sweet, sweet little girl. Her parents reached out wanting to celebrate Adhirai with a traditional 100-day milestone session, and I was so excited to help capture this special stage.
What to Expect at a 3-Month Session
At around three months old, every baby is a little different. One of the biggest variables is head control. Some babies are ready for supported sitting poses, while others are happiest and safest lying down for the majority of the session.
Adhirai wasn’t quite ready to sit independently, so we adjusted our plans and focused on creating a beautiful basket session filled with sweet expressions and natural moments. That’s one of the things I love about milestone photography—we tailor every session to what each baby is comfortable doing.
Working With Your Baby’s Comfort
As you can see in the top right image, I was able to pose Adhirai similarly to a newborn because she was calm, relaxed, and happy to settle into that position. Every baby is different, though, and not every little one will enjoy that type of pose. Their comfort and safety always come first.
A Wonderful Family to Photograph
Adhirai’s parents were incredibly kind throughout the entire session. They helped choose their favorite bows and even brought along examples of images from my previous work that they loved. While every baby is unique and no two sessions are ever exactly the same, I think we created something even more meaningful—a gallery that beautifully captured Adhirai’s personality at this stage of her life.
Her sweet expressions, curious eyes, and gentle personality made this such a memorable milestone session, and I can’t wait to see how much she grows over the coming months.
