A Beautiful Newborn Session
There’s something truly special about those very first days of life—tiny fingers, soft features, and the sweet snuggles that parents wish they could preserve forever. Sweet Henry came into the studio at just 6 days old, and from the moment I met him, I knew his newborn session was going to be a joy.
Like many newborns, he needed a little extra time at the beginning while we worked on family portraits. He was more interested in snuggling close to Mom and Dad than posing for the camera (and honestly, who could blame him?). However, after a quick feeding break, he completely melted into my hands and became a dream to pose.
Once he was full and content, Henry breezed through the rest of his session. In fact, he made things so easy for us that we finished an entire hour ahead of schedule! That doesn’t happen very often in the world of newborn photography, but it’s always a delightful surprise when it does.
I loved capturing how naturally he curled up, those sweet little expressions, and the peaceful way he looked in every pose. Sessions like Henry’s are a beautiful reminder of how fleeting this stage is—babies truly change by the day in these early weeks.
